1What is Eary Return Refunds?
If you decide to go back before your visa is applied, a prorated refund is available. You only pay for the months they stay in Canada. Note:- Partial refunds are possible, only if there are No Claim(s) on the policy.
2What is deductible?
Deductible means the portion of eligible expenses you must pay from your own pocket when you put a claim to the insurance company. The cost of your insurance depends on the deductible you have select while buying the coverage. The higher the deductible, the lower the insurance premium you will pay for the policy.
3Can I buy coverage after I arrive in Canada?
Yes, you can buy coverage anytime before or after you arrive in Canada. If you do buy coverage after you arrive in Canada, then there is a 48 hour waiting period will apply. During this period you are not eligible to claim any medical expenses. Talk to us for more information.
4What If I travel outside Canada, Am I still covered ?
Yes, you are covered for outside trips from Canada provided the majority of your period of coverage is spent in Canada. Expenses incurred in your country of origin will not be covered.
5Do you have monthly payment option?
It depends upon the plan and company you choose. Most of the policies require a single annual premium, which is usually paid in advance. The monthly payment option is for Super Visa Insurance users.
6If I decide to stay longer, can I also extend my coverage?
Yes, subject to policy terms and conditions. Ideally, you should let us know us prior to the expiry of your policy so that you will have continuous coverage. You must be in good health.
